Terms of Service

1. Who we are

WarmMaster ("WarmMaster", "we", "us") is an automated audio-mastering service operated by Børge Leskiewicz-Sæthran (operating as WarmMaster), based in Norway. You can reach us through our contact form. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. The service

WarmMaster takes an audio file you upload and returns an automatically mastered version. Mastering is fully automated — no human reviews your track, and results vary depending on the source material. We don't guarantee any specific outcome; the service is provided on an "as-is" basis.

• You use credits to master tracks (no subscription). One credit masters one song and includes up to ten renders of that song with different settings.
• Uploaded tracks may be up to 10 minutes long.
• New accounts receive free preview credits: their masters play as 60-second excerpts. Purchasing any credit unlocks full-length downloads for masters made from that point on.

3. Your content and rights

You keep all rights to the audio you upload and to the masters you download. We claim no ownership of your music.

In return, you promise that:

• You own the audio you upload, or you have all necessary rights and permissions to upload it and have it processed.
• Your content does not infringe anyone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights, and is not illegal.
• You are solely responsible for the content you upload. If a rights-holder complains, that's between you and them.

You grant us a limited licence to store and process your audio only to provide the service to you (i.e. to master it and let you download it). We do not use your music for anything else.

4. Acceptable use

Don't upload content you don't have the rights to, don't use the service for anything illegal, and don't try to abuse, overload, or circumvent the service (including creating accounts to evade limits). We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

5. Credits and payment

• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Prices are shown in USD and may change; taxes may apply depending on your location.
• Credits are consumed as described above. Because masters are delivered instantly and cost us compute, credits and completed masters are non-refundable, except where required by law. If a master fails for a technical reason on our side, the credit is automatically returned.

6. Files and retention

Your uploaded tracks and finished masters are stored only briefly and then automatically deleted (see the Privacy Policy for the current window). Download your masters promptly. We are not a storage or backup service.

7. Availability and liability

We aim for reliable service but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WarmMaster is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You can stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above; continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway, and disputes will be handled by the courts there, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
